2 large packages of cream cheese (16-ounce)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 small carton sour cream
fruit, chocolate or whipped cream are all optional toppings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease, or spray with non-stick spray, a 9 inch pie plate.
Soften cream cheese and add 2/3 cups sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat well and pour into prepared pie plate.
Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar , and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract together.
Pour this topping over pie while pie is hot.
Refrigerate.
Whipped cream, cut fruit or chocolate may be added as a garnish.
