Soften cream cheese and add 2/3 cups sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat good and pour into 9" pie plate that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar , and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract together. Pour this topping over pie while pie is hot. Refrigerate. Whipped cream, cut fruit or chocolate may be added as a garnish.
