From the kitchen of Robin Poitras
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 package mini chocolate chips (or to taste)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 dozen cherries, cut into pieces
chopped nuts
shredded coconut
Mix together crumbs, chips, milk, cherries and nuts to form dough.
Roll the dough into bite size balls.
Roll balls in shredded coconut.
Enjoy.
