Hot Spiced Cider

From the kitchen of Candace Hays



2 cups unsweetened apple juice
1 stick cinnamon
2 whole cloves
2 lemon slices


Combine apple juice, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Strain cider, discarding spices. Serve hot or cold.
