Aunt Pearl's Egg Eggnog

From the kitchen of Amy & Shelby Hicks



2 eggs well beaten
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 quart milk
1/2 pint whipping cream-whipped
nutmeg


Combine eggs, Eagle brand milk, vanilla and salt until thoroughly blended. Gradually blend in milk. Gently fold in whipped cream. Sprinkle nutmeg to taste. Let sit a couple of days for best flavor.
