Edie Ching's Cherry Cheesecake

From the kitchen of Edie Ching



1 (8 inch) graham cracker pie shell
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 ounces) container whipped cream
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1 can cherries


Stir together cream cheese and sugar. Gradually fold in whipped cream, and add the lemon juice and lemon rind. Put mixture in pie shell and top it with cherries.
