Pie Crust

From the kitchen of Santina Mullins Hale

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vinegar
1 egg (add enough milk to make 1 cup)
2 cups Crisco shortening
5 cups self-rising flour

Directions

  1. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees, or according to recipe directions.

  2. Flake together shortening and flour. Add remaining ingredients. Roll. Shape into pie pan.

  3. Bake until done.
