Frosted Pecans

From the kitchen of Wanda Hodges

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pound pecan pieces

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and sour cream and bring to a boil.

  2. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Add vanilla and pecan pieces and stir until sugary and well coated.

  5. Put on waxed paper to dry.

  6. Separate after cooled.
