Special K Cookies

From the kitchen of Ronald Hopkins

Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
5 cups Special K cereal
6 ounces chocolate chips
6 ounces butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil.

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter and cereal. Stir together.

  3. Pat on cookie sheet to approximately 3/4 inch.

  4. Let Cool.

  5. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.

  6. Pour over cookies and let cool.
