Broccoli Corn Bread

From the kitchen of Jean Leonard-Florida

1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 box frozen broccoli, chopped
1 stick butter
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt

Combine ingredients together. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
