pie dough, store bought or home-made
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup currants
1 tablespoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll pie dough and cut into circles to fit in muffin pan.
Mix together remaining ingredients to make filling.
Fill crusts with prepared currant filling.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until light golden brown.
