Broccoli Casserole

2 packages chopped broccoli
1/2 to 1lb Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine
Ritz Crackers, crushed


Cook broccoli according to directions on package, drain well. Return broccoli to pan, add butter and cheese, stir over low heat until melted. Pour into casserole dish, top with crackers crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
