Boil water and sugar for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to a general boil. Add Ritz crackers whole, do not smash or crumble, add butter and boil for 2 more minutes. Place mixture in 1 of the pie crust and sprinkle with cinnamon, cover with top crust. Bake until golden brown in a 400 degree oven.
