Cheese Wafers

Ingredients

8 ounces sharp cheese, grated
2 sticks margarine, room temp
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients except for Rice Krispies, with electric mixer.

  3. Then stir in Rice Krispies.

  4. Form into small balls.

  5. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork.

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes.


You can add 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper and/or dash of paprika if you prefer a little zip.
