Choco-Scotch Crunchies

Makes 3-4 dozen  •  From the kitchen of Renee Webb

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 (3 ounce) can (or 2 1/2 cups) chow mein noodles
1 cup salted peanuts or cashews

Directions

  1. Melt butterscotch and chocolate pieces over low heat, stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove from heat.

  3. Stir in chow mien noodles and nuts.

  4. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.

  5. Chill until firm.
