1 (9 inch) chocolate pie crust
1 cup milk
1 package (3 ounce) instant vanilla pudding (can be sugar free)
1/4 cup creme de menthe
2 cups whipped topping
8 Oreo cookies, crushed
green food coloring, a drop or two-optional
With a hand mixer beat milk, pudding mix, creme de menthe, and optional food coloring until smooth and thick.
Fold in whipped topping and crushed Oreos.
Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours.
