Ooey Gooey Caramel Chocolate Dunk

Ingredients

1 package caramels (about 50)
1 can (5 ounce) evaporated milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Dippers: apple or pear wedges, pretzels, cookies, angel food cake.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Unwrap caramels and place in a mini-baking bowl.

  3. Add evaporated milk, chocolate morsels and vanilla and stir with a spoon.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Stir until mixture is smooth (don't worry if there are a few small pieces of caramel that are not melted).


Serve with your favorite dippers and enjoy!
