Grandaddy Pie

From the kitchen of Caitlin Colella, 4th grade

Ingredients

1 can (14 ounce) Borden's Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 package (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine condensed milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla in a medium size bowl. Stir until smooth.

  2. Pour into graham cracker crust.

  3. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
