Grandaddy Pie

Makes Feeds One Grandaddy

From the kitchen of Caitlin Colella- 4th grade



1 (6 ounce) Keebler Graham Cracker Ready Crust
1 (14 ounce) can Borden's Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine condensed milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla in a medium size bowl. Stir until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
