Easy Coconut Cake

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can white icing
1 large bag shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Prepare cake according to directions on box.

  3. Pour into 2 9-inch round cake pans.

  4. Bake for 28-30 minutes.

  5. Cool on wire racks.

  6. Drain pineapple well - then put on top of one layer - then put some of icing on top of pineapple.

  7. Put the two layers together. Use remaining frosting all over the cake -- then cover entirely with coconut.
