Chocolate Welington Fudge Pudding

Makes serves 4

4 ounces self raising flour
5 ounces caster sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 pint milk
1 ounce drinking chocolate
1/4 pint boiling water


1)mix together the flour, 2 ounces sugar, cocoa, butter and milk 2)pour in to a well buttered 1pint pie dish 3)mix together remaining sugar, drinking chocolate and boiling water; beat well 4)pour sauce over pudding 5)place in a preheated oven on gas mark 5 375oF, 190oC and bake for about 40 minutes the pudding will separate into a rich sponge with chocolate sauce below. Serve hot.
