Butter Cream

Makes batch

From the kitchen of Reisha Collins

100g butter softened
225g icing sugar -- sifted
30ml fresh milk
few drops of vanilla essence

Beat butter until soft. Gradually beat in sugar and milk. Continue beating until a little thicker.
