Apple Cake

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
3 cups apples, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Grease a 9x13 cake pan.

  3. Mix eggs, sugar and oil together; add flour, vanilla and cinnamon; stir well by hand.

  4. Fold in nuts, raisins and apples; mix well.

  5. Spoon into prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 1 hour.
