Heat marshmallows,chocolate chips and butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat 1 to 2 minutes,stirring constantly,until smooth.Remove from heat;stir in cereal until evenly coated.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxedpaper.Let stand about 1 hour or until set.Store tightly covered.About 31/2 dozen candies.
