Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoon baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease a 9 inch square pan.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking soda.

  4. Add water, mayonnaise and vanilla; beat at medium speed until thoroughly combined.

  5. Pour prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 30 to 35 min. or until tests done.

  7. Let cool completely.
