Psencik Peach Farm Cobbler

Makes 4-8

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 stick margarine
3 cups peach or blackberries
1 cup flour
dash salt


put 1 cup sugar over cupt up peachs(or blackberries) and set aside Melt margarine in 9x11 baking pan mix 1 cup sugar and dry ingredients add milk-pour over melted margarine then put peachs on top of batter-do not stir. bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
