From the kitchen of Roxanna Jean Stolte
6 medium apples, peeled and chopped into small dice
1 extra large tub Cool Whip, softened
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 bag (10 ounce) mini marshmallows
Soften Cool Whip.
Put in large bag of mini marshmallows then add the pecan pieces.
Then add the peeled diced apples, mix together.
Refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
