Makes 15-20 servings • From the kitchen of Jessica
6 ounce package butterscotch pieces
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups miniature marshmallows
12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 pan.
Melt butterscotch pieces and margarine over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove, cool to lukewarm.
Add flour, sugar, vanilla and eggs, mix well
Fold in marshmallows, semi sweet chocolate pieces and nuts, mix just until blended.
Pour prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars
