Christmas Blondies

2 cups Bisquick
1 box light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick soft butter
4 eggs
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 small jar red cherries chopped
1 small jar green cherries chopped

Christmas Blondies Preheat oven to 350 degree Beat butter till very soft, add eggs and sugar, beat again. Add bisquick and vanilla stiring well. Then and add chopped red and green cherries and 1 cup pecans plus 1 cup coconut until all is mixed well. Bake for 45 min. at 350 degrees. Enjoy with chocolate, eggnog or coffee! Happy Holidays! :)
