Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Pies - Recipe for Peanut Butter Pie

Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Beat eggs slightly and mix in the remaining ingredients.

  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

  4. Bake at for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees, and bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes, or until fully cooked.
