Sausage & Egg Casserole

1 pound sausage
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt & pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Brown sausage, drain. Mix in all remaining ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes.
One of the quickest and best breakfast casseroles ever! My family of picky eaters loved this. Definitely a new Christmas morning tradition!

very yummy! The kids loved it. Perfect for Christmas day. Light and easy if you make little portions! It is one for all the family. I don't eat red meat so I used chopped chicken pieces instead of sausage, and it tasted amazing.

Very good, my husband loved it! We used chicken sausage instead of regular, and it turned out great!
