Wassail Punch
Makes 1 gallon • From the kitchen of Caroline Anderson
Ingredients
2 cups cranberry juice
1 can (46 ounce) pineapple juice
1 can (12 ounce) frozen tropical punch concentrate
2/3 cup sugar
7 cups water
1/4 package cinnamon sticks
1/4 package whole allspice
1/4 package whole cloves
Directions
Combine cranberry juice, water and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Heat to boiling.
Tie spices into cheesecloth bag. Add to liquid and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove spice bag.
Just before serving, add pineapple juice.
Serve hot.
