Aunt Jennie's Cranberry Salad
From the kitchen of Sharon Rasta
Ingredients
1 pound fresh cranberries
5 Jonathan apples
8 ounces crushed pineapple
1/2 cup black walnuts
3 cups sugar
Directions
Grind cranberries and apples together.
Add crushed pineapple, black walnuts and sugar.
Refrigerate and let set one day, adding additional sugar as needed.
