Crazy Soup (Chicken Meatball Soup)
Ingredients
Meatballs:
1lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons parsley
1 large egg white
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 dashes hot red pepper sauce
2 tablespoons milk
bread crumbs till nice
Soup:
1 box Mrs. Grass's chicken noodle soup
6 cups water
Directions
Add 1-2 carrots, 1/2 box frozen chopped spinach, 1 large can of College Inn chicken broth, reduce heat and let simmer for 1/2 hour on low.
Add uncooked meatballs to soup, boil, be sure to cook meatballs thoroughly.
Cook 1-1/2 cups small pasta separately, add cooked pasta to soup 20 minutes into simmer.
(Optional: 5 minutes before taking off the stove pour 1 uncooked scramble egg slowly over soup and stir).
