Stephen Lichti's Bruschetta

Ingredients
1 tomato
1 stalk of celery
1 green onion
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
Italian seasoning
parmesan cheese
1 loaf calabrese bread
Directions
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop tomato, celery, onion and garlic into small pieces, add vinegar, olive oil and spices and refrigerate.
Cut bread into two halves (cutting through the middle) so that top and bottom pieces are separate.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Heat tomato mixture in oven or microwave.
Turn oven to broil and spread butter on bread.
Toast under broiler and add tomato mixture and parmesan and toast slightly more.
Slice into wedges and serve.
