Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Pies - Recipe for Kelly's Key Lime Pie

Kelly's Key Lime Pie

Makes 6-8 servings

Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker crust
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 package Cool Whip
1 1/2 cups lime juice
1 lime

Directions

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice and some grated lime peels.

  2. Beat with mixer until very smooth and creamy, fold in Cool Whip.

  3. Spoon into crust, it will be very thick.

  4. Garnish with sliced limes and grated lime peels.

  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
