Hedge Hog Cake

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups self-rising flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

  2. Butter a 9 inch round pan.

  3. Mix sugar and butter together in a bowl. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.

  4. Add flour and mix until consistent.

  5. Pour batter into prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes.


Eat warm with a glass of milk.
