Breakfast Casserole
Makes 12 servings • From the kitchen of Paige
Ingredients
8 eggs
8 slices bread (break up, including crust)
1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 cups milk
1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together by adding and mixing one at a time (layered).
Pour into greased pan, refrigerate 12 hours.
When ready to eat, simply bake at 350 degrees for 35 (+/-) minutes.
