4 Layer Dessert

Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) oleo (or margarine)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 package (8 ounce) of cream cheese
3 cups milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tub (12 ounce) Cool Whip
2 small packages of instant pudding, any flavor
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat together oleo (or margarine), flour, and nuts.
Press into a 9 x 12 inch cake pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Cool.
Meanwhile, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of cool whip to spread on cooled crust.
Beat pudding with milk until thick pour on cheese layer.
Spread rest of cool whip over pudding, and sprinkle with nuts. Chill before serving.
