Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Cookies - Recipe for Chocolate Biscuits

Chocolate Biscuits

Makes 8 biscuits • From the kitchen of Olivia

Ingredients

8 Digestive Biscuits
200 grams Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate
A small amount Butter or oil( for wiping over tray)

Directions

  1. Crumble the biscuits in a bowl and melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 20 seconds although it might need a little more depending on the microwave.

  2. Then mix them together in a mixing bowl

  3. Get out small tray (small enough to go in the fridge) and make sure you wipe it over with butter or oil.

  4. Put a teaspoonful of mixture on tray in a flat shapes (one teaspoon per biscuit, 8 biscuits.)

  5. Then put biscuits in the fridge to cool for 2 hours.
