Chocolate Biscuits
Makes 8 biscuits • From the kitchen of Olivia
Ingredients
8 Digestive Biscuits
200 grams Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate
A small amount Butter or oil( for wiping over tray)
Directions
Crumble the biscuits in a bowl and melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 20 seconds although it might need a little more depending on the microwave.
Then mix them together in a mixing bowl
Get out small tray (small enough to go in the fridge) and make sure you wipe it over with butter or oil.
Put a teaspoonful of mixture on tray in a flat shapes (one teaspoon per biscuit, 8 biscuits.)
Then put biscuits in the fridge to cool for 2 hours.
