Aloha cake

Makes 1 cake

From the kitchen of Jennifer Mccormack



1Box White cake mix
2 eggs
1 can creme coconut
1can crushed pineapple
1 large tub Cool Whip
1 cup bake Coconut (optional)
1cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Mix cake mix and 2 eggs, and can of pineapple together. Bake at 350' degrees until done. Mix creme of coconut and sweetend condensed milk together. Poke holes in cooled cake pour mixture of creme of coconut and sweetend condensed milk. Top with Cool Whip( if they have French Vanilla it's excellent!) Also if you like coconut you can top Cool Whip with baked coconut, walnuts.
