No, the letter from Santa is available online only; northpole.com currently does not offer letter mailing services. However, you may easily print your child’s Santa letter with the Santa’s Secret Village letterhead as a keepsake.
How will my child receive his letter from Santa?
Your child can retrieve his letter from Santa by visiting the Mailroom, just as he would to retrieve a regular northpole.com letter from Santa. Your child must know both his user ID and password in order to pick up his letter from Santa in the Mailroom.

Nope! You may still write a Santa letter to your child, even without your child writing to Santa first.

Nope! While a regular northpole.com letter from Santa can take up to 3 days to arrive in Santa’s Mailroom, when you lend Santa a hand and write the letter, the letter is delivered to your child’s account immediately.
