Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Pies - Recipe for Sinful Blueberry Pie

Sinful Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 large package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
1 can blueberry pie filling
whipped cream (fresh or commercially prepared)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Blend graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Press this mixture into 13x9 inch cake pan.

  4. Bake for 8 minutes.

  5. Mix cream cheese, sugar, evaporated milk and spread over baked crust.

  6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of pecan pieces over top of mixture.

  7. Spread blueberry pie filling over pie mixture.

  8. Top pie with whipped cream and remaining cup of pecan pieces.

  9. Refrigerate pie.
