Cheese Ball

From the kitchen of Santina Mullins Hale

Ingredients

8 ounce block Colby cheese, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese
green pepper (just enough for taste)
onion (just enough for taste)

Directions

  1. Blend Colby and cream cheeses together.

  2. Add thinly diced green pepper and onion to taste.

  3. Roll into ball.

  4. Roll into crushed cheeses for garnish if desired.
