Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

2 packages chopped broccoli
1/2 to 1lb Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Cook broccoli according to directions on package, drain well.

  3. Return broccoli to pan, add butter and cheese, stir over low heat until melted.

  4. Pour into casserole dish, top with crackers crumbs

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
