Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Pies - Recipe for Peanut Butter Pie

Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip
4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 butter cookie or graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter with mixer about 5 minutes.

  2. Fold in cool whip, pour mixture into pie crust.

  3. Place in freezer for 4 hours.
