Heavenly Hash Pie

4 to 6 servings
Good for parties/potlucks, Kid friendly
1 1/2 cups finely crushed gingersnaps
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 of 1/2 gallon SEALTEST Heavenly Hash Ice Cream, softened
3 tablespoons whipped cream (Optional)
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
Measure crumbs into medium-sized mixing bowl.
Toss with sugar and melted butter until well mixed.
With back of spoon, press mixture to bottom and sides of 8 inch pie plate, leaving small rim.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Spread softened Heavenly Hash Ice Cream evenly into prepared crust.
Freeze until firm.
At serving time, garnish with whipped cream if desired.
