Cinnamon Glazed Pecans

Ingredients
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 pound pecan haves
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Heat over 300F.
Line baking sheet with foil or non-stick spray.
Beat egg white in 1 quart bowl until stiff.
Fold water & pecans into egg white.
Combine sugar, salt, & cinnamon.
Sprinkle over pecan mixture, mix well.
Spread on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir to separate pecans.
Cool. Store tightly covered.
