Cinnamon Glazed Pecans

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 pound pecan haves
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat over 300F.

  2. Line baking sheet with foil or non-stick spray.

  3. Beat egg white in 1 quart bowl until stiff.

  4. Fold water & pecans into egg white.

  5. Combine sugar, salt, & cinnamon.

  6. Sprinkle over pecan mixture, mix well.

  7. Spread on baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven, stir to separate pecans.

  10. Cool. Store tightly covered.
