Irish Coffee Cream Pie

Makes 1 Pie •  From the kitchen of Samantha Coia

Ingredients

1-9'' graham cracker crust
1\4 cup instant coffee
2 teaspoons hot water
3 cups whipping cream
1\2cup+1 teaspoon powdered sugar
6 tablespoons Irish whiskey
6tablspoons Kailua shaved chocolate(garnish)

Directions

Dissolve coffee in hot water.Combine all ingredients exept garnish and beat at medium speed until mixture forms peaks.Pour all but 3\4 cups into crust,spreading evenly.Spoon remaining filling into pastry bag to decorate with rosetes.Garnish with saved chocolate.Chill thoroughly for at least 4 hours.Serve chilled.
