Grandma's Famous Cheesecake

Ingredients
24 graham crackers
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup (3/4 cube) butter
1 pound (2 large packages) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pint sour cream
1 pie pan
Directions
CRUST: Use the graham crackers, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the butter. Mash fine, mix and line pie pan. DO THIS FIRST. FILLING: Use the cream cheese,1/2 cup of the sugar, the eggs and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla. Beat until nice and smooth. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 15 minutes. While waiting, prepare topping. TOPPING: Use the sour cream, 1/4 cup of the sugar and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla. Spread on top of the cheesecake and bake for 5 minutes at 450 degrees. Cool for one hour. Chill for 12 hours. EAT AND ENJOY!
